SIOETC International Ocean Engineering Training Center, is an independent third-party international standardized safety training institution specializing in international standard training and professional talent development for the offshore engineering, maritime safety, energy, and emergency response industries. Guided by China's national strategies of building a strong maritime nation and supporting the Belt and Road Initiative, SIOETC integrates advanced international training concepts, course systems, and management standards to cultivate professionals with global safety awareness and technical competence for the international offshore and energy sectors.

SIOETC provides training for professionals, technical personnel, and management staff involved in offshore oil & gas, offshore wind energy, mining engineering, maritime operations, and related industrial sectors.
