Recently, SIOETC was invited to attend the OPITO Asia Pacific Regional Meeting held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The event gathered training institutions, industry experts and partners from China, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei and other countries and regions. Participants jointly discussed the development trends, industry challenges and future cooperation directions of safety training in the global energy sector.
As an important exchange platform in the field of international offshore engineering and safety training, the OPITO Asia-Pacific Conference not only focuses on safety capacity building in the offshore oil & gas, marine engineering and energy industries, but also creates valuable opportunities for in-depth cooperation among training institutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

During the conference, we were honored to have in-depth exchanges with relevant officials of OPITO, and shared experience in safety training, international certification, trainee management and training operation with partners from various Asian countries. We openly discussed current industry challenges, including international talent cultivation, unification of training standards, cost control and market competition.
We are fully aware that the safety training industry will attach greater importance to international collaboration, resource sharing and continuous improvement of training quality in the future.
During our stay in Vietnam, we also paid a special visit to PVD Training Center.
As a leading offshore safety training institution in Vietnam, PVD Training Center left us with a deep impression with its complete training facilities, well-built practical training scenarios and sound overall operation system. Especially in practical training fields such as offshore emergency response, Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET), fire fighting and offshore survival, PVD has demonstrated high-standard international training capabilities.
This visit and exchange has not only deepened mutual understanding between SIOETC and Asian peers, but also strengthened our determination to promote international cooperation and resource sharing.
As an increasing number of Chinese enterprises go global, the demand for international-standard safety training is rising rapidly in China's offshore engineering, energy, maritime and wind power industries. Going forward, SIOETC will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with partners across Asia and the world, optimize its global training service network, and deliver more professional, efficient and internationally compliant training and safety solutions for Chinese enterprises and global clients.
Safety knows no borders, and cooperation shapes the future.
SIOETC will always uphold:
"Protecting Life, Safeguarding Safety"
保护生命,守护安全。
